- Implementing the Standard Operating Process for new customers in garments and textiles industry with Australia and New Zealand's markets, and in furniture, appliances, (un)motorized bicycles industry to Denmark markets; - Training vendors in terms of myMaersk system familiarization, including but not limited to vendor booking or VGM submission, etc. - Assisting Sales team to prepare the sales quotes for new lanes from Haiphong to Semarang (Indonesia); - Handling Dangerous Goods (DGs) to Denmark markets: following Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and Multimodal Dangerous Goods Form (MDGF) from vendors; - Arranging export shipments with sailing schedules in accordance with clients’ instruction – with main markets: Japan, Canada and Denmark; - Handling vendors' bookings and managing bookings via shipping lines to ensure timely shipments as well as following up shipment status to update to vendors and clients; - Planning cargo consolidation for container utilization purpose; - Addressing clients’ and vendors’ requests and queries related to shipments; - Collaborating with warehouse team for trouble resolution, cargo receipt and cargo stuffing
